Victor Mofokeng

Victor is currently the Head of Structuring at RMB a division of First Rand Group. Victor spent first 8 years of his career in various quantitative analysis roles and in credit/market risks space. Since 2010 he has been involved in the build out of XVA desks in broader Africa, he has more recently has rolled out transformational XVA desks in 10 subsidiaries for a diversified African financial services group. Victor’s responsibilities include amongst other things the build of XVA technology stack and implementation of new VAs in Absa group.
